I thought I already knew what cold was, but it turns out I had no understanding of the complete shock delivered by sub-zero hot and cold temperatures! Where I exactly grew up both of us had mild winters, except for just that one time. When you are a kid, all you guess is what you currently experience so when it got down close to cold I thought that was as cold as it possibly could ever get; Turns out that what I really believed to be cold is nothing compared to the coming weather both of us get up here in the winter. These days I keep a nice little rudimentary heating source in the trunk of my motorcar at all times, just in case of an emergency while both of us were in a coldsnap and things go wrong, i have a small bundle of kindling and a road flare simply in case I need to start a fire as a source of heating. I also keep a little battery-powered space heating system back there. This little heating system I own is no larger than a toaster oven, but it can keep a small part such as the inside of a stalled motorcar warm for more than 2 days. That should give you an system of how cold the Wintertime gets here, because normally being caught out on the wrong evening separate from a heating system would not spell your doom. I wish I was kidding, and I wish I was actually just trying to scare you into buying a heater, but it is true. The truth is that I am a portable heating system salesman should in no way influence your sincere reading of this story, but because there is a expensive lesson here to be learned — constantly have a heater.
