We waited all year long

When I was a little kid, I lived in the northeast, and fall and Winters have a special location in our heart and in our memories, and i moved to the southeast when I was only about 8 years old, despite the fact that I still remember some of the fun stuff the people I was with and I got to do up north that the people I was with and I cannot do here! For example, at Thanksgiving time each year, the people I was with and I used to put our apple cider outside to get cold. There was no room in the refrigerator for a large bottle of cider, so the people I was with and I put it outside instead. The outside was so cold, it was a/c for our apple juice! Periodically there would already be snow on the ground, and in those cases, the cider was extra delicious because it go so cold, then now that I live in the south, though, the people I was with and I can’t do anything like that, however on most Thanksgivings, the people I was with and I have to run the a/c, then generally, the thermostat reads around 70 or 85 degrees in November; sometimes, unquestionably rarely indeed, the people I was with and I can turn off the air conditioning system and still be comfortable, however the people I was with and I almost never need the furnace until the dead of Winter – like December, and even then, the gas furnace is used only for a few weeks and then it is time to turn off all heating and cooling until around May, when the people I was with and I start needing the air conditioning system once again. There is no way the people I was with and I could put our apple cider outside to get cold. In fact, the people I was with and I don’t even drink apple cider anymore, the people I was with and I just have sweet tea like true southerners! I have to use our air conditioning system nearly all year long now, I can’t put our drinks outside to get them cold, and I can’t build snowmen anymore. Even so, I don’t have to shovel the driveway either!
