Last week, the outdoor temperatures were chilly, i felt as if the heat pump was running always, plus our electric bill was through the roof. I contacted the HVAC business for our heat pump, and made an appointment to have the program checked. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business arrived on time for the appointment, plus checked our heat pump for problems. The entire inspection was thorough, and the serviceman walked me through each step, explaining the importance of heat pump repair, unfortunately, our old heat pump is just nearing the end of its life span. I shall need to buy a up-to-date new heat pump next year, unless I continue paying these serious utility fees, and a few weeks after our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair appointment, I got a call from the business owner. The serviceman sent to our apartment on that day, was new to the company. They wanted to ask some questions and get feedback on the work performance. I was excited to help, especially after they provided to send me a $30 Visa gift card. The survey took 10 mins of our time. They asked a lot of questions about the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair, plus they asked a lot of questions about the helpful and friendly attitude of our serviceman. I tried to answer every question with honesty. I thought the serviceman did a wonderful job, as well as I would not have known he was brand new unless they told me, then he seemed well versed in all things Heating, Ventilation, and A/C related, plus he had explained each step like a professional. I hope the information will help this young tech make more cash.
