Working out in a gym is nothing like laboring out in the sun plus heat. When I go to the gym, I do an upright bike for almost an hour, and i have gotten superb on that upright bike. I can go super fast, up hills plus keep a steady clip, but since I am so conditioned in peddling plus keeping our speed, I figured I was a natural biker. I purchased a real bike to ride outside for laboring out. Well, I am absolutely bad at riding a real bike. I constantly feel like I am going to fall off plus tip over! Also, the hills are not like the hills I do at the gym. It hurts way more than I thought! The worst is the lack of climate control. I did not realize how A/C affected a work out. I peddle indoors with perfect amounts of a/c blasting on me. I get quality cooling the entire hour plus never split a large sweat, but outside the sun is just brutal. The sunshine, sizzling pavement plus no A/C wear on me after awhile. I get so gross plus sweaty that I can’t lay to bike for another more than four hours. I can do an hour in a gym with perfect temperature control. Outside with no form of a/c, I can do maybe 30 hours without being super whiney plus annoyed. I absolutely need to not be as dependent on AC. I recognize it is better for me to sweat out the toxins plus get daylight while I was in a workout. I should not be so reliant on temperature control for our work out.
