Life as a single guy doesn’t always come easy. Reason being for me is that I’m also an entrepreneur by trade. Recently, my personal workload increased when I purchased a new home and immediately aimed to upgrade it. The place itself was a treat overall–nice structure, decent spacing and all. The only matter that really bothered me was the central heating system. That being the case, one of my first orders of business was to upgrade the heating apparatus to a refurbished furnace. WIth perspective in mind, my goal was to have the upgrade done in time for the winter, which was projected to be a much colder one than usual this year. Consequently, I purposed to get on the job as soon as I returned from my annual vacation in the tropics. Once I made it back home from my incredible vacay, I called up my local HVAC company and requested a team to make the upgrade happen. With their workload already high for the season, the company was offering discounts for system upgrades, which was a pleasant surprise. Come the day of my appointment, a team of a couple guys and gals stopped by my home to do a diagnosis. After finishing up phase one rather quickly, they then transitioned to an explanation phase. The head technician explained to me that the upgrade would be a rather simple one since the new device was very similar in nature to the one being replaced. He was even prepared and thorough enough to give me a diagram handout of the system’s components. In just a day and a half’s time, the new furnace was up and running, which allowed me to cross off winter priority prep step #1 from my list, which unquestionably gave me peace of mind.
