I live on the top floor of a high rise building in the city, it is not a cheap location to live & I expect perfection for what I pay. I guess that might sound drastic however in this world, you have to be drastic to get what you want. I learned that at a unquestionably young age from our father who was a financier… He had to put people out of supplier over the course of his job even though he never had any regrets for what he did. I grew up admiring him for his ruthlessness & I try to emulate that trait in our everyday life, but take the other day when the cooling system was broken in our building. Every one of us have a giant central air conditioning equipment that takes care of the entire building. The thing is as immense as a house. The other day it started malfunctioning & blowing out tepid air. It was about 85 degrees out that day & the last thing anyone needed was more tepid air blowing around. The leather furniture was dripping with sweat. I called down to the front desk & was unquestionably irritated that the clerk did not guess about this. It is his job to guess these things. I dressed him down for being the slacker he is & told him to call an Heating & Air Conditioning supplier to repair the cooling system; An minute later the concern was not fixed & I was livid. I fully expected the air conditioning to be operational when I got beach house from the store. Just as I was going to walk downstairs & scream, chilly air came out of the vents. That guy is lucky.
