Well, I should have known that this idea would not be the greatest thing. No matter how hard I try to make solid arrangements for going to see people from out of town, it seems like I’m doomed to have some of the worst sleep of my life especially when I’m trying to have fun. Just recently my worst sleep experience was spent at my friend’s home in Chicago, after attending a awesome bank concert. I carefully selected which friends to stay with as well as chose wisely between a few of my other friends, or so I thought. However I didn’t anticipate the radiator from hell would reside in my friend’s living room. It was about 3 feet away from my head when I was trying to go to sleep. I insisted on choosing the couch and pulled a single blanket over my body, hoping that I wouldn’t be too cold without a heavy comforter. Within about a minute or so, I was drenched in sweat. I woke up feeling like my organs were melting and oozing inside of my body, as well as instantly wondered what was going on with the indoor air temperature in their home. I could guess heat radiating near the top of my head, as well as the hot ambient temperature was making me sweat like a fat pig. When I took a look around, I noticed the radiator right by my head for the first time, as well as felt the aura of feeling the aura of hot burning air that surrounded my body. I pushed the couch to the other side of the room, cracked a window, as well as let the freezing air rush over my burning body. The next afternoon my friend nonchalantly said “sorry about the radiator, it gets undoubtedly hot in there at times when it’s one.” I agreed and here I was uneasy about being freezing in the brutal Chicago winter that they face!
