I actually fondly remember this little bakery on the corner my family used to visit every now in addition to then for fresh bread or pastries. It was actually a tradition of ours to visit the bakery in the early afternoon before church services so that every one of us could enjoy Tim Hortons Coffee in addition to pastries before every one of us headed to church. Those are memories I will always cherish. Another thing I distinctly remember about the bakery is how hot in addition to comfortable it was in the Winter. The combination of being perfectly hot & cozy going to see that little shop in addition to smelling all of those delicious treats was heavenly. It made me want to grow up in addition to be a baker! “What better task could there be?” thought my six-year-old brain. Of course, I would really have a taxing time not eating everything that I made for clients! I remember the oil furnace in that little bakery being so hot in addition to delightful, that I genuinely did not want to leave. Even in the summertime time, the owners would make sure that the air conditioner was set to a high enough setting to keep clients comfortable. Looking back, I imagine that was a immense section of the appeal for clients, whether they realized it or not: being comfortable in the store. I assume it was section of why I never wanted to leave. I genuinely miss that bakery on the corner. When I go to the bakery in my local chain grocery store these mornings, it is always cold chilly because the air conditioner is blasting! Not to mention the fact that the client repair is not nearly as kind in addition to familiar.
