Restructuring the design

One of the best lessons I l received from our dad was to always make sure I have things done right the first time.

I can almost hear his voice now, telling me how important it is to make sure you don’t have to revisit your work! That advice guides me still today, as I make that that I don’t accept shoddy work from a contractor, or accept mediocre efforts from colleagues in the workplace. As a heating, ventilation plus air conditioner specialist, I often work with uncommon maintenance workers, plus clients that are convinced they believe what works best. However, as a consultant for the HVAC installation team, our task is just as our father said – to make sure things are done right the first time, and so, at this identifiable client’s home, both of us ran into a large issue with the structure of their home. The heating plus air conditioner idea they wanted called for using big, bulky HVAC duct that would run through the ceiling of the house. The only problem was, the walls plus thresholds between floors were too thin! They wouldn’t be able to fit something care about what the customer wanted. So instead of the large boxy HVAC duct, I had specially designed, small diameter HVAC duct installed in their beach house instead. This kind of HVAC duct allowed their HVAC to still flow swiftly through the house, but in absolutely slender pipe-like HVAC duct. This was the perfect solution! Now, the customer didn’t have to make critical structural changes to their beach house just to accommodate the modern HVAC system.
