It has been a little while since I have had to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to service our oil furnace.
Just over Five years ago, the old oil furnace began to malfunction, and I realized that it was high time to replace our entire oil furnace system and be done with it.
The oil furnace system was costing myself and others a fortune to maintain, so mathematically, it was a lot cheaper to just buy a new, efficient oil furnace. For the last 5 years, I have taken care of the oil furnace, which includes the cleaning and decreasing the air filters. Besides that, I haven’t had to worry about our oil furnace system running because it has labored faithfully through every winter season. However, during the last week, our oil furnace started making an unusual noise, and I decided to contact the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairman to service the unit. I didn’t know if this was a major problem, although I figured solving the problem early would prevent major injury to our oil furnace. Everything seemed normal when I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company, and they were all set to visit our new home that afternoon. A fifth before the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker arrived, I gained a new text on our PC from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company. They sent myself and others the name of the worker and gave myself and others a link to track them. When I opened that link, it showed a GPS location of where the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker was & showed their progress as they were driving to our house. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C phone app even provided myself and others with an estimated time of arrival. On the phone app, I also had a first and last name of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker, and it sent myself and others the option of calling or text them to adjust times or needs. I thought that this was a very cool upgrade from what the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company had previously done! I will let you know how well he does at fixing our oil furnace!
