Working out in a gym plus exercising outdoors is easily different.
I typically go outdoors for my work out.
I have more than one gymnastic mats that I set up in my carport. I then do my work out barefoot plus on the mats. I do this all year long. In the south, the winters do get cold. I need to wear long pants plus a sweatshirt the whole work out! Periodically it rains plus the moisture in the air quality makes it hard to breathe, then on easily warm days, I sweat buckets even just wearing shorts plus a sports bra, and no matter the weather though, I am toiling out… My buddy works out exclusively in a gym; Everyday after work she goes to the gym plus uses the equipment. She uses the treadmill, stepper plus weight benches. The more than one of us had no system who was getting the better work out. I sweat a lot more in the summer, plus they say shivering helps you lose weight. My buddy has all the equipment though. So to test who had the better situation, every one of us switched toiling out in the locale for a month. I worked out in the gym plus it was amazing. Good equipment, quality Heating, Ventilation and A/C, bathrooms plus water right at my fingertips. The heating plus air was the greatest shock to me. I never got weary due to the heat or sluggish due to the cold, but having weather conditions control is a game changer. I think my neighbor has a better situation. She has complained bitterly over no Heating, Ventilation and A/C. Every one of us have not weighed ourselves yet. I do guess the results though.
