What the heck is that smell

I don’t like using my gas furnace or my cooling system, it isn’t that I don’t love a weather conditions-controlled temperature, then on the contrary, my favorite area of Wintertide is feeling the moderate air blow out of the vents.

My favorite area of Summer is feeling cool air blow from the vents, but the temperatures outside are never very comfortable so it is the task of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units to keep us comfortable inside of our home. With that being said, when I switch on my gas furnace or my cooling system now, I am completely miserable. That is because both of my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units are forced-air units, and I am pretty sure that something terrible is trapped inside of my vents; Whenever my gas furnace or cooling system turns on, this potent smell slowly begins blowing from my vents, and it makes all of us gag. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to see what they could do. After the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company showed up at my home, she turned on the cooling system and confirmed that all of us had a “blockage” in my vent system. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company climbed into the attic and began exploring the ductwork to find the root of the problem. After a few fifths, she asked for a trash bag. When she climbed out of the attic, she was carrying a bin with two big pets in there. Apparently, 1 of the ducts for our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units had broken, and two pets got trapped in there and died. They had been decomposing, and the smell was being forced out when my cooling system or gas furnace was running, however now, all of us should be able to use my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units without any hint of smell.
