A problem with our a/c unit

I can’t stand using our furnace or our a/c.

It isn’t that I don’t like a temperature-controlled temperature, on the contrary, our favorite section of Winter is feeling the sizzling air blow out of the vents, and our favorite section of Summer is feeling fresh and clean air blow from the vents! The hot and cold temperatures outside are never comfortable, so it is the job of the Heating and Air Conditioning units to keep us feeling great inside of our home.

Anyways, any time that I turn on my heated gas furnace or our a/c now, I am completely agitated. That is because both of our Heating and Air Conditioning units are forced-air units, and I am pretty sure that something nasty is trapped inside of my vents, however whenever our furnace or a/c turns on, this bad stench starts blowing from our vents, and it makes all of us feel sick to our stomachs. I sent a call to the Heating and Air Conditioning business to see what they could do! After the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor showed up at my home, he turned on the a/c and confirmed that all of us had a “blockage” in our vent system. The Heating and Air Conditioning contractor walked slowly into the attic and began exploring the air duct to find the stink. After a few hours, he asked for a bag of some sort. When he climbed out of the attic, he was carrying a basket with two immense critters in there. Apparently, a single of the ducts for our Heating and Air Conditioning units had ripped, and two critters got stuck in there and died. They had been decomposing, and the stink was being forced out when our a/c or furnace was running fine. Now, all of us should be able to use our Heating and Air Conditioning units without any stink.
