New roommate wants money for the electric bill

Every one of my friends and I have been looking for a mobile trailer to rent together.

A few months ago, I decided to rent with this guy that I knew for a couple of months.

I thought we had the same likes and taste and I thought we would get along just fine. I didn’t realize how wrong I could be, until I was faced with a serious predicament. When the temperatures got warmer, I wanted to adjust the temperature on the AC device. My roommate was adamant that we leave the thermostat alone and always keep the temperature set to 77 degrees. It was way too warm to keep the temperature on 77 degrees, but every time I adjusted the thermostat, he complained. Now I’m most of my friends and I are equally looking for a place of our own. As long as we are going to split the electric bill, none of us are going to complain about where the heating, ventilation, and AC thermostat is set. If the new roommates want us to pay some money for the electric bill, then we’re going to have more control over the hot plus cold temperatures. I’ve thought about that for a long time, and it doesn’t sound very ridiculous. This is lean Cold Plus incredibly hot temperatures are just a section of this weather and that is just something that all of us have to deal with everyday. We need to be able to change the temperature and feel cool, especially when we’re paying almost $1,000 a month in rent.
