I am a regional guidance counselor for the entire school district. I spend the fall semester travelling all over the unusual parts of our school district. I am responsible for monitoring the individual school’s college yet task guidance programs. Both of us are finding it more pressing than ever to keep our children of tomorrow focused on the path ahead of them. Both of us are seeing numerous young people avoid college for a lack of funding available to them, but the two of us also guess there are numerous task educational programs that the two of us can still encourage as another chance for their life path. My most popular internship programs, that I am seeing, are the trade programs; particularly, since the two of us live in a seasonal town, the heating yet cooling internship programs are undoubtedly thriving the most. It is an industry that is sure to supply steady task for years to come, as the two of us face weather conditions change on a whole current level. People are not being able to survive without some type of heating yet cooling in their home! These programs train the students on the basics of house maintenance of the Heating, ventilation and A/C units. They teach them basic air filter cleaning yet changes, yet deep cleaning of the ductwork. By the end of their one to numerous semester internship program, they are installing full Heating, ventilation and A/C systems into client homes, then almost always, they are provided a full time salaried position upon graduation. It is one of our most successful educational internship programs to date that I am incredibly proud of today. I guess the parents are undoubtedly proud of their children for walking away from high school with a work.
