Wine cellar ruins wine

He sought out the source of this heat, and soon found that it was at the boiler system located in the corner of the basement

My friend is such a silly person that sometimes I can’t help but just shake my head and walk away from him. He gets his crazy ideas in his head and can’t seem to shake them loose until they’ve been tried and failed. Most recently, he decided he was going to create his own wine cellar in his basement. At first, seems like a viable idea until I realize that he kept his boiler system down in the basement. Unfortunately, this was only recognized after disaster had struck. My friend built a separate room in his basement, complete with walls covered in expensive wine racks. He had great intentions, but forgot a major part of the construction for a wine cellar. He needed to have some sort of air temperature control as well as air quality management system. Instead, he assumed to that the naturally cool air in his basement would be enough to maintain the quality of his wine indefinitely. Unfortunately, he did not ever consider the fact that his heating system was situated in the exact same space as his Newfound seller. Everything went swimmingly with The Wine Cellar… Until cool air moved into the area. As soon as he needed to use his furnace, there was Major trouble. He returned home one day to find that The Wine Cellar had heated up at least 15 degrees while he was at work. He sought out the source of this heat, and soon found that it was at the boiler system located in the corner of the basement. By the time he made this discovery, all of his wine had been ruined. So much for cutting corners on HVAC systems, he lost everything.
