It just so happens that I recently moved in to my unquestionably own prefabricated property.
The whole point was to live a sustainable plus straight-forward life.
So, the locale is relatively small but, I don’t even need all that much area in order to live a content life. My new locale actually is right in the middle of nowhere just where I wished for it to be. While building, I was unquestionably careful to limit the ecological impact I had on the immediate area. It would be awesome if I could limit my environmental footprint to just a little more than the other animals I share this actual section with. The property I live in still has Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment though. It sits on pilings amongst the trees. It’s something like residing in an adult version of a treehouse. The electricity I use is from solar because I live in such a private section that there undoubtedly isn’t a feasible electric hook up. The heat I get is from a tiny wood stove. Our winters are incredibly mild so, the small stove is pretty much all I need. However, it gets undoubtedly sizzling here in the summer. So, I had to figure out how to have some form of Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment cooling. I chose to install a mini split ductless Heating, Ventilation & A/C. It’s fantastic because it was super straight-forward to install plus wire to my solar grid. The air handler is located on one wall of the property plus this provides plenty of cool air while in the warm season. I know having Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling is sort of a large cost but, I can’t deal with the dire heat without a cooling system.
