My propane heater doesn’t bother me now that I’m not pregnant

I have always wanted to be a mom.

Ever since I was just a little girl, I dreamed of being a mom one day.

I told my husband when we first got married that I wanted to wait a little bit before having children. We agreed that we wanted to wait about three years before having our first child. We heard that advice from many people. They told us that we should enjoy our marriage before starting to have children. Well, that lasted about six months before both of us wanted a baby. We were able to get pregnant within a few months, and we were blessed with a beautiful baby boy. I am so thankful for him, and I am so thankful not to be pregnant anymore. Smells bothered me so much when I was pregnant that I could hardly stand to do anything without getting super sick. The smell of our propane heater in our house was the worst smell ever. I could not stand the smell of the propane that the heater put off. I asked my husband, and he said that he could not even smell propane from the heater at all. He tried to put some new gadgets on the heater because he thought that maybe it was leaking a little bit of propane, but it did not help me. Everytime I walked anywhere near that propane heater, I had to run to the bathroom sick as a dog. As soon as I gave birth, I lost the sensitivity to the propane heater’s smell. I am so glad because it was rough not being able to enjoy being in my own house.
