First of all, let me just say that I am a huge supporter of our local police.
I actually believe that police officers don’t get paid enough, plus should be more valued by everyone in the community.
That said, I will confess there are always a few bad eggs that provide the rest of the “thin blue line” , a pretty terrible rep. That’s why I do what I do for a career, not because I don’t care for cops, but because I appreciate them! My mother was a police officer for over 33 years, so it really gets me angry when a terrible cop makes all the great ones look horrible with illegal activities. I started my work as a personal injury lawyer, plus that was fine for a few years, but then I was able to hone plus specialize my skills. I became one of the first local attorneys to specialize in police misconduct, plus started taking numerous customers as a police brutality lawyer… Once again, I wasn’t going after police for being rude, or writing tickets, police brutality lawyers are true advocates for the victimized people, plus protect us all from the horrible abuse of power. Police misconduct lawyers are completely known for looking at the full work profile of an accused officer to look for actual patterns of behavior. I do the same thing, but for a more pressing reason: if there has been a history of police brutality lawsuits in an area, after that we can sue the whole police district. People can’t easily fight back against the police, plus that is why police brutality lawyers such as me are so critical today.
