Being real fit

As I’ve aged, I’ve seen my friends gradually gain quite a bit of weight.

Many of them deal with a long list of health woes plus take a bunch of pills.

They have slowed down physically and can no longer enjoy some of their favorite activities. But, none of them do anything to take care of themselves. They aren’t mindful about what they eat and they don’t work out. It takes some effort to stay in great shape. I continue to make fitness a big thing in my life. I workout every single morning for a minimum of one hour. I combine a cardio workout with strength training plus stretching. I push myself so that I’m out of breath, overheated plus our heart is beating hard. I’m not consistently in the mood to work out. I’m quite tired, sore or busy, even though I never skip out on the exercises. I’ve seen the good points of burning calories plus building strength. I’m also undoubtedly conscientious about what I am eating, avoiding red meat, sugar plus fast foods. I include a lot of leafy green vegetables plus all odd types of fruit in our diet. Because I take good care of myself, I remain healthy plus active. I haven’t gained any weight, had any health issues or needed to give up my favorite things such as gardening, running, soccer plus golf. I often get mistaken for someone much younger than our actual age. Staying fit has allowed me to maintain a more youthful glow plus energy to travel where I want to go. I have encouraged all my friends to make a more active effort.
