Most of us want to live a healthy lifestyle. Then, there is the commitment to actively living a healthy lifestyle. I used to live a fairly healthy lifestyle when I was younger, but then I succumbed to TV watching and sitting next to my cooling system. It’s not that I am completely out of shape. But I am not as healthy as I should be. Exercise is about the only consistent thing that I do. And, that’s more like going for walks or swimming or walking. I’m by no means a gym rat. But, now that I am in my thirties, I have to step up my entire game. No more 5 beers every other day. That has got to go, I don’t like it but, it’s true. My diet has got to feature more healthy options. Like everyday and eating green on my plate at each meal. I will have to make the effort to get a gym subscription and then make the effort to actually go there. Although, It’s nice to know that my heating plus air conditioning is actively working to ensure my immune and overall health. It does this basically automatically. I didn’t even know this until I read an article about indoor air conditions and your health. It was pretty neat to realize how much the heating plus air conditioning can impact the immune system. Perhaps the most pressing aspect is the one that happens every time you turn on the heating plus a/c. If your house is warm, the HVAC unit starts the cooling process by removing heat. With that heat goes a whole lot of humidity. This not only prevents hot, humid air, but a lot less risk for mold.
