As a professional volleyball player, I need to keep myself in peak physical form. As a member of a women’s team in a growing activity, I don’t make a lot of money at it. I still need to work a respected task to pay my bills. I can’t afford a personal cook. For the most part, my workouts & nutrition are up to me. In-between working out with the team, traveling for games, my job & personal training, there isn’t a lot of time for me. I’m rarely at home & only seldom bother buying something to eat. I don’t even own anything beyond the most basic cooking utensils. I don’t know how to cook healthy & delicious meals. However, I don’t want to eat out or order in. The food from fast food places is always loaded with fat & calories. I need to be really careful about what I eat to stay fit & healthy. I’ve found that a meal delivery service works well for me. I’m able to choose a meal plan that meets my calorie intake. I can determine how large of meals, how many per month I need & either have them delivered or opening them up. The menu is quite big & supplies in-depth nutritional information for each selection. I like that the menu changes every week, providing different options. The food is seriously tasty & the size of the portions is right for me. I occasionally have extra that I can use for lunch the next afternoon. The meal delivery service is so nice that I’ve talked about it to the other members of the team.
